Trans World (TWOC) specializes in acquiring, developing, and managing gaming establishments as well as more recently becoming involved in operating in the small to mid-sized hotel space.

Currently Trans World operates five casinos. Four of the locations are owned by Trans World and are located in the Czech Republic, specifically: Ceska Kubice (“Ceska”), Rozvadov (Rozvadov”), Hate (“Route 59”), and Dolni Dvoriste (“Route 55”). The fifth casino, which is operating under a management contract, is the Grand Casino Lav which is located in Podstrana, Croatia in the Le Meridien Lav hotel resort near the city of Split.

The Czech casinos conduct business under the brand name, American Chance Casinos (ACC) and these are all situated at border locations in which attendance is comprised mainly of customers from Germany and Austria. In addition to the five casinos, Trans World also has a hotel division which is a fairly new addition to their operations. Hotel Savannah was added to operations on January 14, 2009. This is a 77-room four-star deluxe hotel which is physically connected to their Route 59 casino. The hotel has a full-service spa, wellness center, banquet halls, as well as a full-service restaurant and bar.

The company is consistently profitable.
