It has an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Santa Rosa gold project covering an area of 4,549.14 hectares located in the northwest of Medellin in Antioquia Province of Colombia; an earn-in for a 70% joint venture interest in the Pavo Real gold project with an area of 3,996.82 hectares situated in the south of Ibague, the capital of Tolima Province; and an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Mina Vieja copper and gold project totaling 951.89 hectares located in southeast of the city of Ibague, in the Department of Tolima.
